Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time, and you have two ways to do it.

Delete from the app

The fastest way is inside the app itself:

  1. Open the Noque app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Account & Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and follow the steps.

If you are the only person responsible for a unit, the app asks you to name a replacement before finishing, so the condo is not left without someone responsible.

Request by email

If you can't access the app, write to privacidade@noque.app from the email registered on your account and ask for deletion. We confirm your identity and handle the request as the law requires.

What is deleted and what stays

When you delete your account, your access ends and your profile leaves: phone, document and photo are removed. To keep the history of who did what inside the condo, your email stays only in the authorship stamps ("created by" / "updated by") of the records you touched, and it is not used to contact you. This email is erased when the condo is closed, within 60 days. Financial and tax data may be kept for the period the law requires.

Timeline

Deletion from the app is immediate. Email requests are handled within a reasonable time, usually a few days.
